Need Help

I have a safe that I have my guns in
For 15 yrs I locked it with a key
I has a combo Sargent&Greelief
Lock system. Painting the other Day
I knocked it and it spun the dial now you need to use the combo
I have but it says left 4times Right 3 times and left 2 times
I want to know do I pass zero each timI change directions????????

Spin it four times, past zero, to the right - clockwise
Turn to the left (counter clockwise) three complete turns and stop on the first number
Turn to the right (clockwise) and go past the first number, then stop on the second number.
Turn to the left (counter clockwise) and stop on the third number.
Open the safe ............
