I have a pretty good grasp of Wyoming's draw system but there is one aspect that I'm unsure about and hoping someone here can clarify. I'm trying to understand second and third choice random draw. Hypothetically, if there are 50 tags allocated to random draw and there are 40 1st choice applicants, 20 second choice, and 10 third choice, would that mean that the random draw odds are 100% for first choice, 50% for second choice, and 0% for third choice or are all the applicants lumped together at 71% draw odds? I originally thought it was the former, but now I'm questioning myself because the numbers aren't quite making sense.
