These are brand new in the package Leupold MK 4, 1 inch , medium height, steel scope rings. I recently purchased these rings for a 7mm Rem Mag rifle I just picked up. I ended up getting a screaming deal on a Vortex scope but it has a 30 mm tube so I no longer need these.
