I bought this spotting scope from an individual several years ago thinking I would use it frequently. As it turns out, it rarely gets used at all and I have need for the money I have tied up in it. It's in good shape, shows no signs of abuse, and is in good working order. No marks or mars on the glass. The lifetime warranty is there in any case, so you can't go wrong. Included is the nylon case with zippered/velcro fasteners which is nice because it can be mounted to a tripod without removal. I believe this spotter was made in 2002, based on the last digit in the serial number which is a K. No tripod, I have to give "my" tripod back to my wife.
