Case and manual. Unfortunately I do not have the original box nor neckstrap. I'll include a generic brand neckstrap.

Right ocular has a small scratch and couple pin pricks in the coating on the outer 1/3 of lens. Is not visible when looking through the glass. Left ocular has a chip on the extreme outer edge of the lens. Again, not visible when looking through the glass.
