WTB/WTT concentricity tool and wet tumbler

Before I buy new, I wanted to check for used. I'm looking for the Hornady Lock N Load Concentricity guage and I'm open to different brands of wet tumblers. I can buy or if you're local or wanna travel I have powder for trade. RL26 (3#), IMR8133(3#), 4831SSC(1#), Retumbo (1.5#) and as the profile says, I'm located in the middle area of Pennsylvania.
