Good luck finding an emergency survivor 460 or 500. My buddy sold one 1.5 years ago and it went for crazy cash. I think for $2600 for the 460. He bought it because it sat a a local gun shop for years and the owner said $800 and it was his. He kept it for years and we bought shot it a handful of times. The 45lc was the best and the 454 seemed to be the worst. The 4.5 -6" is better. That small of a barrel is tough to shoot. I have the 8 3/8 in 500 and have no problem shooting it.
