I have a stevens 200. Looking for a savage barrel that will fit it. Not too picky on caliber just want to swap a barrel so I can see how its done. so the cheaper the better.

Ive got a .22-250 barrel off of a stevens 200 I'll sell ya. Only fired twice. It's a sporter contour 22" long. $90 shipped to you.

It is very simple once you get all of the tools and do it. I change barrels very frequently- savage is now my switch barrel platform replacing the single shot rifle platform I previously used. It is very addicting if you like to toy around with different chamberings just for the heck of it.
Right now I am contemplating the next one - 375H&H - that I dont need but think would be cool to own.

what caliber was it before, 223 has small bolt face, then med is for 308 parent case family, or large for magnums, I have some 243's and 308's I would sell pretty cheap or an 260 with extras but more money

good point! I left out needed info. its 308 bolt face. its a 270win right now. what are you looking for on the 243 and 308 barrels and what extras /price on the 260?

I've got a 22" small shank sporter in 308 if you're interested. It came off a 110 E that had open sights on it. The holes have plug srews in them, but you can see the marks where the sights were.

Mike I have a 22" 10 twist 30-06 with factory adj sights, sporter contour, great shape. 45.00 shipped.
If you really want the Savage experience I've got a couple of 223 barrels and a 6.5-284 barrel I would give ya if you pick them up
There is also a 25-06 sporter barrel and a flutted 243ss varmint barrel sitting here not being used but they are shooters so I'd have to have a little fer them.
