if anyone can help me find a good place to buy a new one that would be great as well I have been shopping around and it looks like $1860.00 is about as good a price as I have found thanks in advance for any help. If you have a used one in good condition I would be interested in it as well.

Just about any stocking NF dealer can get you this scope. The prices are supposedly set by NF, so yes that is the going rate. That particular scope is probably one of the most popular in the NF lineup, so you might have a wait time. But availability should be good, probably not anything you'd have to wait very long for.
