SOLD/EXPIRED WTB Left Handed for Target/Hunting

I am looking for as the title states, a lefty target/hunting rifle.
What I'm looking to do is mostly shoot steel out to and beyond 1000, and North American (not Elk) animals no further than 700.

I'm not looking for anything punishing, as I want to enjoy shooting it. Semi-Custom or Custom is what I'm after.
Proven shooter with data is a huge plus.
