I've got a Bartlein 6.5mm 1:8 #3 blank I could trade as well
Is the number 3 fluted?
Probably nowhere. A #4 Bartlein is the same as a Krieger #6 or Brux #6. That isn't a very popular sporter contour. I have a 22 caliber #6 Krieger that I listed several times here in the classifieds and I finally gave up on selling it.

The Bartlett 3B is a nice contour, I have it in a 6.5, 5R 1;8 and love it, I just ordered one in 7mm, 5R, 1;8 for a 28 Nosler I'm building. might want to look at the 3B seems to be a little easier to find, good luck and hope you find one.

I just found a Brux #6 at Kelby's, it is the same contour as a#4 Bartlein.
