Going to try and build a "budget" 308/223, trying to match rifle to my 300 win mag so I can practice with "cheaper" ammo. I want a heavy contour barrel 20"-26", take offs used new let me know. Like I said budget build less than $200 is best cheaper better. May trade the rifle for a like rifle with heavy bbl in above cal. straight up. I have a win 70 sporter stainless synthetic bone stock maybe 100 rounds through it 300wsm. Wife didnt like it(recoil) so looking to do something. Thanks
