SOLD/EXPIRED Winchester Model 70 7x57mm Mauser with 2-7 Leupold

Winchester Model 70 7x57mm Mauser featherweight blued rifle with wood stock. Has a Leupold 2-7x33 VX-I on it in Leupold mounts, about $300 value there. Much better quality than the new stuff too.

Looking to get $850 plus shipping for the rifle by itself or $1050 shipped for rifle, bases, rings AND scope.

Gun is in great shape overall, bluing excellent. One blemish on the rear of the stock is a safe scar. Looks worse than it is, it is not deep and could probably be covered well if someone was willing to fool with it. This would make a great rifle for a young adult or someone who doesn't need the newest magnum to kill deer. Great gun, great package in a rare caliber!!

The stock has a great fit, even for me at 6' 3". It points really well. I am kinda surprised it hasn't gotten more interest considering you can't really touch a push feed Rem 700 BDL in nice shape for that much but I must be honest, I won't be broken hearted if it stays in the safe lol. It is an EXCELLENT cartridge and popular among Jack O'Connor and Boddington. Ron Spomer speaks highly of it as well. Many don't know it as it's European designation, the .275 Rigby.
