My MRC in 375 H&H is right at 10 lbs. It has worked well for me.
I had a Kimber Talkeetna for a while which was a couple of lbs lighter as I recall, but my old left hand could not control the recoil, so it's gone.
The 10 lb MRC has worked well on several safaris for everything from duiker to Cape Buffalo and eland.

I had one of those rifles many moons ago. She shot very well with 270-300 grain bullets, but not so well with 235-250 grain bullets. Winchester put a rather heavy taper in the lead which begs for a lot of bullet. I'd probably buy it from you but I already have a m700 in 375 that weighs 8# scoped.
Good luck with the sale,
Lefty

Great rifle. If you're thinking Africa is the only place for .375H&H, it's perfect for any of the CONUS ungulates or bears. You can ask this MT mule deer who was introduced to a 270gr Nosler Partition at 248 yards. There was little discussion. Don't miss out on this do-it-all caliber if you're curious; a Super Grade at this price is unheard of.
