Most likely somewhere between .224 and .228. With Lapua 22-250 brass I believe I'm at .227 but not 100% sure.

It really depends on the brass and your chamber .
Do you have a fired piece of the same brass you can measure the neck diameter?
Do you have a loaded cartridge with the same brass you could measure the neck diameter?

Your loaded rounds are probably. 231-.232 with Lapua i hope you have a chamber neck of min..234 if you dont want to turn, .235 would be better.
Non Lapua around .228-229 loaded im guessing which a .232 nk chamber would work

My reamer is a .234 neck, I got it from JGS and that was what they sent me without me specifying a neck diameter so hopefully that's "normal" for the wildcat and what the smith used. (to the extent normalcy exists for such things 
).
