What is this

Posting on another web shows a scope that has a 65 mm objective, but it has a "drop down" or offset eye piece. Looks almost like a spotters scope. What kind of scope is this? Anyone seen or used one? Thanks /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif
