What bases are these?

The ones on the Savage look like standard Weaver.
The Mauser looks like similar Talley bases. Seen them on older rifles, sometimes at gunshows.

FWIW I have a Mauser that has had old Redfield, Leupold one piece base put on it. Not sure if the receiver was modified or the base (other than for the base screws).
