West Texas Aoudad Down

Haven't been on much the past couple weeks, been doing lots of hunting. Thought I'd share my Aoudad Kill from the first of November. Hope everyone's season is going well!

Are they edible and how do you process the meat…steaks, hamburger or?

You can eat them but we didn't eat this one. They saw the meat is extremely tough and the only way to make it decent, on an old ram, is to grind all of it. I've heard the young ewes and rams are better for eating but me personally, I'd rather eat whitetail.
