I purchased one of these tool kits a few years ago. I use it a lot, mostly for mounting scopes and taking apart actions. The screwdriver bits fit most screws perfectly and you have a lot of choices of bits. Over the years I broke some of the bits. When I went to replace them, the place where I purchased the kit did not have any individual bits. I emailled Weaver and got a reply in minutes. To make a long story short, the replacement bits are on the way to my shop at no charge. Now that is good customer service.
