I have a Weatherby mark V 340 Weatherby with the bell & Carlson stock. It also has the removable accubrake.
It has a matching picatinny rail and a new set of Talley 30mm low rings (I'm not a rail guy). The gun was factory cerokoted in tan and has been duracoated in Forest Green and the factory tan stock with black speckles has had some of the green sponged in to match.
I bought this over a year ago and have never fired it or mounted a scope on it, it's just sat in the safe. The original owner had it coated and said he fired around 250 rounds through it. I was told it shot great with both the 250 and 225 grain bullets.
I also have 50 rounds of factory Weatherby ammo loaded with 250 gr interlock and 6 factory 225 Barnes. The ammo boxes were pretty destroyed so I tossed them and put them in a couple mtm cases (keeping the cases).
I also have 56 pieces of fired brass and a set of RCBS FL dies. I started prepping the brass when I first got the gun to see if I could make a load with 250 Berger's and I quickly got side tracked.
