Vortex Vulture HD bino ?

Anyone have or using the Vulture HD 10x56 Binos ? I currently am using a set of Carson 10x50 and am wondering if they are worth upgrading to. I use a Vortex scope and am fairly impressed with it for for the money spent.

Took a serious look at the Vulture this year. Looked through several pairs outdoors. Nice glass for the money. But I didn't buy because I ran into a pair of Ziess for less than half price on a closeout sale.
