I give their warranty dept an a+++.

I sent my viper 6.5-20x50 by ups Monday 5th of this month. It arrived at vortex warranty in Middleton WI Wednesday the 7th at 0930 hrs. They found the elevation adjustment was off. So they replaced the elevation turret and reset the parrallax, secured objective cell, cleaned and purged scope. It just arrived at my residence in sw Missouri today (8-10).

I'm officially impressed less than a week.
