Velocity loss

In a .270 Win, going from a 24 inch barrel to 22, it seems velocity loss is around 35 fps per inch. Can anyone tell what that portrays to in ft/lbs at 100, 200 and 300 yards? Is there a formula out there for this? I know most game won't know the difference but just curious for my own sanity.

Berger bullets has a ballistics calculator on their website it tells you velocity, energy, drop and wind drift I dont know how precise it is but it will probably give you a good idea
