Looking to sell a used Rem Hunter stock from McMillan........I replaced it with a new McMillan Game Stalker stock on my rifle.

*New 3/4" Decelerator Pad - Brown in color, installed by Weber Customs

*Action inlet = Surgeon 1086 LA
*Barrel channel inlet = PROOF Carbon Sendero
*Bottom Metal inlet = Badger M4
*2 Sling studs = front & rear, epoxied in

**Please note....there is a small hairline crack in the hard plastic backing of the pad itself, at the very bottom tip of the Decelerator Pad. It cannot be seen unless you actually pull on the pad in that area...it will not a hurt a thing as far as function goes**

Does the 1086 use the same pillars and placement, as a model 700 LA? Will a model 700 LA be a bolt in?
I see that it does, according to the Surgeon web site.

The screw hole spacing is the same as a Rem 700, I am pretty sure. All bottom metals that work on a Rem 700, work on the Surgeon 1086.

Surgeon actions are known as a "Rem Clone" action with some minor differences. I can send pictures of the bedding & screw hole spacing to anyone that is interested.....
