Putin is former kgb and fsb. He also has pretty much become a dictator. Passing laws that allow him to stay in power when he was supposed to be term limited. As for Ukraine yes a lot of people on one side of Ukraine identify as Russians. They even had a Russian puppet president until the CIA got involved and got a pro US president. So it's complicated. But the question is will be Putin be satisfied with sealing the routes up to Poland or into Poland which is Nato. Hard to say. Better to defeat him in Ukraine and not find out. I don't think they can win. There was actually talk of a ceasefire a while ago but the US nixed it.

Tucker started out on X (twitter) strong, but has, IMHO, wilted. As another poster mentioned, no tough follow-up questions, accepting statements without challenging them. He was so tough on Fox.

And yes, Ukraine had a duly-elected President who swayed Russian, and the CIA deposed him. We need to stop doing that. If we don't the CIA might interfere in our elections.
