Tripods

I have a Velbon DF 60 an A 451 tripod, both work very well, would like to have one a foot taller. It still needs to fit in a back pack, any ideas?

I am interested in responses here as well. I need one for my Chronograph....

I saw someone mention on another thread they used a Surveyors tripod.

Model numbers and sources would be ideal.

Ebay has very good selection of good tripods, look under complete tripods.

This would be for spotting scope, and the center section would not need to come up, but be 5 1/2 to 6' tall
