Tripod Feet

Picked up a tripod and head this winter from the Hog Saddle folks. Been having pretty good results but I wasnt happy with the feet in 'off road' conditions.

I designed a foot and burned it out of 10 gauge stainless on the plasma table and bent the talons on the piranha. Added an oring to the 10mm socket cap screw for a bit of retension. I think they turned out pretty okay. Cant wait to try them.

Cool idea, but those would destroy my spotting scope pocket in my pack real quick. Unless you pull the feet off every time, or cover them with something?
