torque specs on action screws

After installing the rail on the forend of my manners, bel and carlson and tikka t3 black stock when I'm putting the two screw in the go from the stock to the action to hold the stock to the action, is there certain torque specs for this.

B, some have had luck with starting below max and working up on the torque while at the range to find the torque sweet spot. Usually that spot is near the top end of the torque spec. Good luck
