Torq spec for Seekins rings

Hello everyone,
I have some Seekins 35mm rings with the torx screws top and bottom, does anyone have the torque specs for these I can not get ahold of Glen.

Glen gave me a call and of course I got what I was looking for, I have found Glen to be a pleasure to do bussiness with; very impressed with the rings too.
