Titanium 700 in 280

Jim's Pawn in Southern Pines NC has a 700 titanium in 280. Looks in VGC. They have $799 on it.
They have no clue as to what it is. They are into it for only $300 so might be able to negotiate a little, but they are tightwads.

whoever sold/pawned it for $300 either stole it or received it gratis--no reason to have sold a rifle like that for $300 if you knew what it was worth
