Tikka/Wilson/Mesa Precision .284 win

Poor man's custom...Tikka action with LRI fluted bolt, Mesa Precision Altitude stock, Wilson 8 twist barrel cut and threaded by a friend with a lathe (not a pro gunsmith). Comes with OMR bottom metal and Mountain tactical mag & trigger spring. I'm currently shooting Berger 175's over RL 26 at 2840 fps, has shot some better groups with same bullet over 4831SC, just slower (low 2700's). Looking for $1650 shipped for the complete gun (no scope or rings), or willing to part it out if someone wants the pieces. Message me your ideas...

How long is the barrel? Is it threaded and what contour? Thnx

Barrel finished just over 24," it's a Wilson #4 contour and not threaded.

Is this a SAAMI spec'd 284? Throated for anything specific?

I'm 99% sure we used a SAAMI spec reamer. I'm loading Berger 175 gr. elite hunters to 3.230" COAL and they're just off the lands a bit.
