Tikka 7mm Mag Barrel & Muzzle Brake

Selling a used but good condition Tikka takeoff 7mm mag barrel. Looks like a it's 24" and 1-9.5 twist. Comes with the factory muzzle brake. Less than 60 rounds down it. Asking $125 tyd

Is that measured from the tip of the brake or the actual barrel length?
