Teach me about overbore cartridges

I love the 270 Weatherby flat shooter and absolutely hammers. Factory ammo is expensive but if you're hand loading that doesn't really matter. I'd run a twist of at least 9:1 or maybe an 8.5 so you can run the new heavier bullets. I have a Mark V in 270Mag and am in the process of putting a new barrel on it. I'm going with a brux 26" with an 8.5 to try some of the 170 bergers. Good luck
