Good info. Perhaps add the IMR Enduron powders. I haven't used any, but I've read some of the RL- powders are temp insensitive as well.

Correct. They are considered stabile and predictable more so than insensitive. Been running RL 26 from 90 down to -10. I don't do much shooting/hunting below +10 tho. I found RL 26 to be pretty good at .5 fps per degree. Right there with retumbo and H1000.
