Tac408 Repeater or single shot?

I was going to get a Tac408 1.60" repeater but have found one in a single shot. I was thinking of cutting the mag opening out on the milling machine but before I do I need help gathering info to make sure I can do it. Any suggestions or pictures of either would help. Thanks
