T3 Rebarrel Gunsmith Recommendations

Looking to rebarrel the thin barrel of my T3 changed to a heavier contour, maybe even a Proof barrel. The rifled action already lives in a MDT chassis and it can handle the larger diameter easily.

Any recommendations for a smith to do the work for me?
