T3 Lite .223 load data

Any load suggestions for a T3 lite in 223? Trying to save a little time and components. Shoots Hornady Match 75 gr factory loads pretty well. Now need to zero in on a hand load. Components I have available are:

Lapua Brass
69 gr Sierras and 75gr hornady bullets (BTHP)
Varget and RL 15
Either Winchester, CCI or Federal Primers

Goal is accurate load, heaviest bullets for best performance out to 500 yes. Mostly shooting paper and steel with this one for practice. Rifle has 24", 1-8 twist barrel.

The 69gr bullets used 24.5 of Reloader 15 with mixed brass, CCI SRP, used in rifle for over
good grouping.....
