IMO, they took their time, looked at what the competition was making and produced these two great binoculars to excel in performance while keeping the starting price below $2000.00 which lately is not the norm in the high end Euro optics that are available. They have also decreased the size and the weight while improving the ergonomics. All in all improvements we have all wanted.
