Super Sniper 10x42 problem

I have a Super Sniper 10x42 riflescope, and I have a problem with the turrets.
In cold days, the turrets starts stiff, and some times, it slips the first clicks, and I have to rezero it. How can solve the inconvenient?
I have this scope since 2008, and its MOA turrets MIL-DOT reticle.

Lube the O rings, make sure the turret screws are snug.
