Straight jacket barrel system from TTI

hey fellas, has anybody seen these sytems on a rifle and seen it perform. I just got the latest edition of rifle shooter magazine and read the article. If it performs the way the article read that is one cheap way to have one accurate rifle.

I've never seen or heard of those barrels except that article. I do have a Volquartsen .17 HM2 that has a thin barrel with a carbon fiber sleeve. It's probably my most accurate rifle and the barrel temperatures are noticeably lower vs. the same caliber with a standard barrel.

I did enjoy that article, great idea for a barrel.
