Stock for CZ 550 magnum

Now they've stopped making the 550, these stocks are going to be hard to come by. This is an original wood stock for the 550 magnum length action (7.813" ctr-ctr), in typically CZ very plain wood. A few handling marks/safe dings and the action is bedded. There is a very small, not-thru-the-wood crack in the fore end tip shown in the last photo just above the reflection, I think from the wood drying, not by any contact. $100 shipped tyd, PayPal F&F or USPS m.o.

He was tagging me in case I might be interested. What is the width of the barrel at the muzzle end of the stock?

Ah-hh, nice to have friends looking out for you! Barrel channel measures 13/16" at the tip end...

I have a heavy contour barrel that measures 1.5" diameter at 10" forward of the action. Any chance that there is enough meat on your stock for me to re-inlet it to fit my barreled action?

not even close...stock end is only 11" from the action and 3/4" @ 10" in the barrel channel... wood left on either side is only about 3/32". That's a massive barrel you've got there!
