Rifle was built by Dave Jaffe out of Bozeman, Mt. Stiller tac 30 action which has been milled to perfectly accept a wyatts center feed extended mag box and 20 moa rail. McMillan a3 stock glass and pillar bedded. Jewel hvt trigger, remington 700 aluminum bottom metal, thunder beast muzzle brake and two barrels. All metal is coated in coyote brown duracoat except for the 7mm barrel, that is still stainless. The 4 ammo boxes shown in the picture are also included. Bipod and scope/rings are not included. The scope is a nightforce nxs 5.5-22x50 npr-1 reticle 1/4 MOA turrets and the rings are badger medium height and can be sold for $1350.
.300 WSM: Round count 135. Ace 22" 9 twist remington varmiter contour. Comes with (52) 4x fired, (35) 5x fired, and (10) 6x fired norma 300 wsm brass. All brass has been recently trimmed, necks turned to .015", and annealed. Also comes with redding completion seater die, redding type s full length sizing die, redding type s neck sizing die, and a wilson hand seating die. No bushings are included.
7mm-300wsm: Round count 234. I chose this caliber instead of the 7 wsm due to brass availability. I am using high quality readily available norma 300 wsm brass. I had the gunsmith run a 7 wsm reamer until it would headspace off the 300 wsm gauges, meaning it has a shorter neck just like the 7 wsm. Once cases are necked down, I trim the necks back .039" and turn the necks to .015". I was getting 3000 fps with a 180 berger hybrid with h1000. This is a broughton 5.75 contour fluted 9 twist at 26". Included with this barrel is (60) 2x fired, and (38) 3x fired prepped, trimmed, turned, and annealed brass. Redding 7 wsm competition seater and a custom redding 7mm-300wsm full length sizing die that I had Dave open the neck up to .312" which is the bushing size I was using with he 300 wsm type s neck die. Also if the buyer wants to make things easy, I could have Dave run the 7 wsm reamer all the way in to make it a 7 wsm chamber.
This whole package comes out to about $5700. Looking for $4500 without scope or $5850 with scope. No trades, but reasonable offers welcome.
