Like new, used less than 100rds, very well made and fits tight on my Daniel Defense upper with no slop. Will need to transfer to FFL dealer. It is a complete lower receiver with milspec trigger, A2 grip, and milspec buffer tube without stock. I just own two, so I could use the extra cash for Christmas, but Stag makes as good a lower as any of the top guys make. $225 shipped
