Armaggedon Gear, Wiebad, and ColeTac make great ones. I use an AG Shmedium 1+1 with a light synthetic fill for a rear bag.

I agree with Hydra6. I have several rear bags from Armaggedon, Wiebad, and ColeTac. I still use the ones I made and sold on my website (closed now).

I made my own by filling a 10# (or cut down the larger 25#) canvas shot bag with plastic beads sold for making flower arrangements. Sew up the open end. I attached a flat 3/4" nylon strap flat to the bag. When moving to a new location, I can clip the strap over the barrel of my rifle to carry it. Squeeze to adjust elevation.

I used (still use) a Wiebad mini fortune cookie, and an MDT Traveler (Spex Lite fill). I use the bags also for front support, (e.g. when hunting).
Then I decided to make myself what I need. I just buy from Amazon the empty bags in the shapes I like (e.g. this one), then buy Spex Lite 5125 expanded polypropylene (EPP), as this particular product gives for me the best mix of lightweight, rigidity while conforming, water resistance, dust-free, etc.
The biggest trick is finding the "right" fill amount, or how much of the capacity is left empty. Too much filler makes the bag too rigid and non-conforming to the bottom of the butt stock, too little makes it too squishy. For me, around 75%-80% does the trick, but in reality I go by feeling.
I even replaced the filler in the Wiebad with SpexLite, which was a big improvement.

My goto bags are Armageddon gear Schmedium and pint sized gamechangers. I use them for front support off of logs,rocks,gates etc and as a rear bag. I also carry a MDT chunky peanut with Spexlite fill.

Check out LS Wild. I have their ultra lite bags for hunting and couldn't be any happier. They also make heavy bags which I haven't tried but I would assume they are made with the same quality.
