Up for sale is a Remington SPS Tactical .308 20" with the following extras:

Bell and Carlson A5 Tactical fully adjustable stock
Timney straight trigger with top safety
Larue picatinny rail

The round count is around 300. This build would cost $1220.00 plus shipping to replicate, but I am selling it for $1050.00 shipped FIRM.

Also willing to split and sell the stock and barreled action separate.
