Talley Lightweight Alloy scope mounts, #748700 Remington 30mm Med height (Front .500, Rear .610") 8-40 screws.
I had the rifle that these were on rebarreled with a heavier barrel and had the get the highs to replace these. The bottoms are lightly lapped. All screws and in original packaging.
