Bought this barrel from another member here to build a 300WM rifle. Ended up buying a nice non-magnum action, so I'm going with a 6.5x284 rather than the 300WM.
Here is the description the previous seller had listed:
"This is a finished 30" SS barrel with a Palma contour. The cylinder was extended to 4" (the standard is about 2.5") then the taper starts. It was on a Rem700 trued up with oversized threads. It has only had about 800 rounds through it and still it shooting 1/2 MOA at 1000yards and below that at 100yards. It has guncote black under the paint but can be stripped easily. $225 shipped in the US (Continental). AK, HI more"
It's a 1-10" twist that measures 0.840 at the muzzle.
Still in the box I received it in……
Possible trades: DBM or McMillan/Manners stock for Rem L/A
(Willing to throw cash in to trade up..)
