I was fitting a Conjar trigger to my latest acquisition, a 6 Lug Weatherby Mark V 270 in preparation of making it a 6.5-284.

but

I didn't notice that the leading edge of the sear was a little proud and after the trial fitting and dry firing when I fitted the screw that is hidden by the bolt the back edge of the bolt catches on the front edge of the sear.

The bolt won't come out.

Anyone have ideas?

I would try backing off the pull weight adjustment and maybe try to get a pick inside the trigger and pull down the bolt release if that don't work your going to have to knock out the pins that hold the trigger and sear and release it that way then take the trigger housing off and re assemble the trigger
