simplified range card help

I am starting out using JBM's simplified trajectory card. I am trying to use it for 180 gr TSX in .308 & 140 ttsx & 120 Tsx in .284.

Do I want to use G1 or G7 option for these ? Also the first drop down menu for the .308 gives you the option of using the Litz, or just plain 180 TSX boattail. After that everything else looks easy enough.
