Fishing for some info. What normally give the best results on the NAB, seating close to lands or jumping the bullet? How many k's if you are jumping? Thanks for the info.

Hank

I have found the NAB to be very forgeving to jump. I was just seating to mag lenght and work up a load around powder charge.

This was in a 7RUM sendero, I can not reach the lands with the 160 NAB without the bullet falling out. It seams like it jumps 1/2 inch!

I don't know what's normal, but I seat my .270 and .300 WM NAB's at ten thousandths off the lands. I can't tell much difference if I change it, either.

Thats about the same as with a 7Wby. It doesn't seem to mind it.
